LAKEVILLE — The Lakeville Lions recently inducted a new Board of Directors and the club’s incoming president and honored the Lion of the Year. 

The new Board of Directors members and Incoming Lakeville Lions President Patrick Marshall were inducted by Outgoing President Norm Orrall.

Marshall noted that he was humbled to be elected by his fellow Lions to lead the club in the new year and is looking forward to a great Lionistic year and the events planned by club members. 

Orrall also presented the Lion of the Year award to Club Treasurer Jason Gerrish and said that Gerrish spent countless hours quietly maintaining impeccable financial records and filing accurate and timely tax reports. Orrall expressed his gratitude for Gerrish's hard work and dedication. 

The ceremony was conducted at the clubhouse on Main Street and marks the end of the Lion year.
