Grilling for Dogs Aug. 12 to support canine adoptions

LAKEVILLE — Grilling for Dogs, a family-friendly event to promote dog adoption, will take place 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12 at Winberg’s True Value, 352 Bedford St., Lakeville.
The day will feature food on the grill, bounce house and other family-friendly activities.
Lakeville Animal Control Officer David Frates will also be on hand with dogs for adoption. A raffle will be held for a grill.
