MIDDLEBORO — On 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, Angelo “Speedy” Lapanna will perform at a free concert at the Middleboro Public Library. The event is organized by the Friends of the Middleboro Public Library.

Admission to the concert is free. The Massachusetts Cultural Council provided funding for the concert.
