An event a person couldn’t bear to miss

Grab a teddy bear and get ready for a story that will leave you stuffed.

On Wednesday, June 4, the town of Middleboro is hosting a Teddy Bear Picnic on the lawn of Town Hall, at 10 Nickerson Avenue, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Ms. Amanda will read stories, Ms. Cathy will play popular children’s music, and Self Help Inc. Coordinated Family and Community Engagement will have a table of resources for kids. Also, silly faces with Sraah will provide glitter tattoos and families can enjoy lawn games.

No registration is required and each family will go home with a book to keep. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be moved into the Town Hall Ballroom.
