Eleven runners from Middleboro and Lakeville went the distance in the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 21.

From Middleboro, Yi Wang finished fastest with a time of 2:43:12. Katelin Erhardt finished in 4:45:50, Katie Shanahan in 5:46:56, Paige Strong in 5:48:44 and Kathleen Quindley in 6:28:51.

Among the runners from Lakeville, Okan Canaran finished fastest with a time of 2:50:06. Colette Macuch finished in 4:13:19, Christopher Johnson in 4:59:12, Chris Nee in 5:13:20, Faith Defoe in 5:36:35 and Amy Carlson in 6:03:41.

Including all participants, John Korir finished fastest out of the men's runners with a time of 2:04:45. Sharon Lokedi finished first out of women’s runners with a time of 2:17:22.
