NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to M.G.L Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on March 11, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Lakeville Police Station. 323 Bedford Street on an Amended Order of Conditions. The applicant, Lighthouse Point Industrial, LLC is proposing an office, ware house and garage as approved by the Lakeville Planning Board on November 14, 2024.

The project is located at 5 Harding Street, Lakeville MA and is also identified as Assessors Map 022, Block 002, Plot 009.

CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, to propose the construction of a warehouse with a total area of 928,000 square feet. Access will be provided via widening Wareham Street within the 200’ Riverfront buffer zone. Also proposed are trailer spaces, parking spaces, and loading docks. A portion of the proposed plan requires filling in a small area of the bordering vegetated wetlands which would then be replicated slightly north adjoining the same bordering vegetated wetland at 678 Wareham Street & Lots off Wareham Street, Map 109, Lots 2963, 3935,4084 & 4675 and Map 110, Lots 4183, 4928, 5116, 4299. Hearing has been requested by Peter Gerrity, South Shore Logistics Park, LLC. Hearing will be held March 6, 2025 at 7:25 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.
