Sharon Archer Hicks, 85

Sharon Archer Hicks, 85, passed away on September 30, 2026. Sharon was born in Lubec, Maine, to Alma McDonald and Romayne Archer. She was also lovingly raised by her aunt and uncle, Dorothy and Burt Wilcox, alongside their children, Zona, Lawrence, and Stevie.

Sharon was a loving mother to David (Darlene) McFadden and Joseph (Lisa) Kingsland, as well as a grandmother to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sharon is also predeceased by her brother Jeffery.

Sharon retired as the office manager for Dr. Friedman, MD, in Middleboro, Massachusetts.

Sharon was blessed with a very special friendship with Linda Colosi, her best friend and confidante.

More than anything, Sharon loved people. She had a genuine love for those around her and treasured the friendships and relationships she formed throughout her life. Her warmth, kindness, and love for others will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
