Music to fill the Lakeville air at summer concerts
LAKEVILLE -- Grab a blanket and prepare to boogie. Four summer concerts are scheduled four Tuesdays in July, the Lakeville Arts Council has announced.
All concerts take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Center Stage, located between the Lakeville Public Library and Bedford Street.
On July 7, Otto’s Underground will perform. They are a classic rock band.
On July 14, in a concert sponsored by the Lakeville Arts Council and the Lakeville Public Library, PanNeubean will perform.
The group celebrates the versatility of the steelpan. Those attending are encouraged to wear tropical attire.
On July 21, Terraplane Lane Band will entertain with fearless reinvention of classic sounds.
On July 28, the Georgia Johnson Band brings together four musicians with backgrounds in funk, jazz, punk, musical theatre, pop, and rock to create one sound.
