Music, arts festival to sound joyful note Oct. 3
LAKEVILLE --Music will fill the air at the 21st annual Lakeville Arts & Music Festival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at routes 105 and 18 on Precinct Street in Lakeville.
Performers will include Black Vinyl, which performs the sounds of the 90s and 2000s; Louise Adams Acoustic Duo, and Bela Sarkozy Jr., who returns to perform his solo jazz guitar with a style that entails swing, bebop, Latin, bossa nova, and pop.
A silent auction will be offered inside the Historic Town Hall.
Children’s entertainment will include create your own tie-dye shirts, lawn games, and a face painter, who will be on hand all day inside the gazebo by the library.
There will also be information tables for nonprofit organizations and a variety of other exhibitors.
More than 45 crafters and artisans will sell a variety of handmade items, including photography, jewelry, stoneware pottery, pet treats and Halloween décor.
