The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, to propose the construction of a warehouse with a total area of 928,000 square feet. Access will be provided via widening Wareham Street within the 200’ Riverfront buffer zone. Also proposed are trailer spaces, parking spaces, and loading docks. A portion of the proposed plan requires filling in a small area of the bordering vegetated wetlands which would then be replicated slightly north adjoining the same bordering vegetated wetland at 678 Wareham Street & Lots off Wareham Street, Map 109, Lots 2963, 3935,4084 & 4675 and Map 110, Lots 4183, 4928, 5116, 4299. Hearing has been requested by Peter Gerrity, South Coast Logistics Park, LLC. The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for an Amended Order of Conditions to extend the proposed dwelling 12’ further to the north and to move a portion of the garage and driveway 15’ away from the eastern bordering vegetated wetland at 7 Winter Street, Map 16, Lot 5147. The Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing per MGL Ch. 41, Sec. 81U, on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Select Board’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Ave, Middleborough, MA 02346 relative to a Definitive Subdivision Plan for a Residential Subdivision Plan entitled “Moore Farm Estates”. The project is located at 120 Plympton Street containing 4 lots, owned by Robert Moore, Robert Moore Jr. and Christopher Moore.
