The Middleborough Select Board will hold a public hearing in the Select Board Meeting Room Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 7:30 PM, for the purpose of discussing an application filed by Jason Youngquist, Outback Engineering for a Special Permit under the Water Resource Protection District By-Law to allow for the restoration of 800 s.f. of previously disturbed land within the 25’ no touch wetland buffer in a WPRD Zone 4.
