At a joint meeting with the Cemetery Commission, the Select Board voted on November 7, 2022 to adopt a Schedule of Cemetery Fees for the Town of Lakeville, effective November 7, 2022.

TOWN OF MIDDLEBOROUGH
CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, to create a temporary road to provide access for a drill rig to drill a well for a potential municipal water source. The proposed road will need to cross a section of wetland to access the proposed location. Approximately 1,370sq.ft. of wetland will temporarily be disturbed, off West Grove Street, Map 48, Lots 3165 & 3832. Hearing has been requested by VMD MB Industrial, LLC. Hearing will be held May 18, 2023 at 7:15 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.
