According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Notice of Intent submitted by D F C of Lakeville 415 LLC, for the installation of a stormwater drain within the buffer zone of a wetland. The location of the project is 415 Millennium Circle, Lakeville (Map 22 Block 1 Lot 3-2). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.
