MIDDLEBORO — Make sure you get a spot ahead of time.
Cars will not be able to remain parked on the street overnight starting on Sunday, Nov. 1. Between midnight and 6 a.m. each night, all cars will have to be parked off of the street.
This is done to allow for plows to clear the streets in case it snows overnight.
This ban, which takes place every year, will run through May 1, 2027.
Cars with a valid street parking sticker are allowed to stay on the streets overnight, but only if there’s no snow forecasted. The Middleboro Police Department only gives stickers to cars of Middleboro residents, Police Chief Robert Ferreira Jr. said
If it does snow, “all cars are not on the road,” Select Board member Bill Pike said.
