The Middleboro Public Library’s Youth Chess Club will host an informal drop-in session from 1 to 3 p.m. for youth ages 6 to 17 on July 3.

Attendees can play and learn the game of chess at the drop-in. Other drop-in sessions are planned for July 24 and Aug. 7 where attendees can learn from Nilufer Jackson, an experienced chess player.
