MIDDLEBORO — Theatre One Productions presents the 20th anniversary of the Slice of Life New Works Festival at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 13 and 2 p.m. Sunday, April 14 at the VFW, 12 Station St., Middleboro.

The festival features staged readings of 10 new, 10-minute plays. The audience will select the winners. 

Doors open a half hour before the performances. Tickets are $10, cash only.

There will be a full bar and free parking.

The event is sponsored in part by the Middleboro Cultural Council and Lakeville Arts Council.

Food donations are accepted at all shows for the Sacred Heart Food Pantry.
