Alzheimer’s caregivers support group

MIDDLEBORO — A support group for caregivers, led by a representative of the Alzheimer’s Association, will be held at the Middleboro Council on Aging this month.

At the support group, Jenn Hoadley of the Alzheimer’s Association will lead a discussion on safety concerns for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. The session will cover topics like fall prevention, medication management and driving safety.

The event will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at the council — located at 558 Plymouth St.

The free support group is intended for caregivers to gain insight on the topic.
