NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, to construct a cranberry bog and tailwater recovery pond within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland and within flood zone A at Old Center Street, Map 40, Lot 4916. Hearing has been requested by Joe Arruda. Hearing will be held January 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.

The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for an Amended Order of Conditions for existing roadway improvements, grading, culvert installation and resource delineation within wetlands (up to 5,000sq.ft. of disturbance) within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland and applicant will replicate wetlands to compensate for the disturbance at 65 River Street, Map 002, Lot 6045. Hearing has been requested by Shimin Liu. Hearing will be held January 16, 2025 at 7:15 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.

The LAKEVILLE PLANNING BOARD will conduct a public hearing pursuant to MASS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 41, SECTION 81T on THURSDAY, January 23, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, to consider the application of Lakeville Owner LLC. for Approval of a Definitive Plan submitted by VHB to consolidate the existing parcels “remaining Lots 4 & 5”, “Lot 5A”, “Lot 6D” Parcel A & Parcel B and subdivide into two buildable Lots “1” & “2” and a roadway located at 43 Main Street, M060-B007- L001, L001D, L001G, L001I, L001J, L001L, L001P.

SOUTHEASTERN REGIONAL PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District (“SRPEDD”), pursuant to M.G.L. c. 7 § 22B and M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to conduct a Permeable Reactive Barrier (PRB) feasibility study to investigate and identify pilot PRB installation locations in the Clark Shores area of Lakeville, MA, for effective treatment of groundwater contamination affecting Long Pond, and prepare preliminary PRB design parameters.
The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained from SRPEDD via email at llunetta@SRPEDD.org on or after Monday, January 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (EST) and requesting RFP no. ENV #2025-01 PRB Installation Feasibility Study. Proposals are due by Monday, January 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EST, via email to llunetta@SRPEDD.org.
Proposals that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. No faxed, hard copy (paper), or late proposals will be accepted. The term of any contract resulting from this RFP shall not exceed June 30, 2025. SRPEDD reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals.
