Get ready for eighth annual Lakeville Lions Fall Family Festival

Sep 8, 2024

LAKEVILLE — The days are winding down until this year’s Lakeville Lions Fall Family Festival.

The festival will take place Saturday, Sept. 14 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lakeville Lions Clubhouse, located at 170 Main St., Lakeville.

Lions club member Christopher Plonka said he’s excited for the eighth iteration of this fall celebration.

“It’s going to be a fun, affordable, family event,” he noted.

To honor the club’s 65 anniversary, there will be a limited raffle ticket drawing of two Electra Townie Go adult electric bikes, Plonka said. Tickets will be on sale during the event.

The drawing will be held after the first 100 raffle tickets are sold. Raffle tickets cost $65. Retail price for both bikes is $3,800. The electric bikes come fully set up courtesy of Trek Bicycles in Lakeville.

There will be food from local vendors, beer brewed by Berkley Beer, small farm animals, a bounce house, face painting, hayrides, a dunk tank, games and more.

Food prices will be the same as last year. Credit cards are accepted for food, beer and ticket sales.

The Lakeville Fire and Police Departments will also have community outreach booths at the festival.
