Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on June 25th , 2024 at 7pm at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, on a Notice of Intent filing. The applicant, Bisio & Son Construction, is proposing the construction of a single family dwelling with onsite septic and well with associated grading and site work within the buffer zone of an existing wetland.

The Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. in the Select Board Meeting Room at the Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, relative to a Fourth Modification of a Special Permit Application entitled “Proposed Loading Dock Expansion”. The property is located at 64 Leona Drive in Campanelli Industrial Park of Middleborough. The plan dated June 3, 2024 was prepared by Bohler Engineering, 352 Turnpike Road, Southborough MA 01772. The applicant proposes to reconfigure the existing approximately 750,000 square foot warehouse building into a multi-tenant facility and to add additional loading docks and parking spaces to the property. Said property can be found on Map 38, Lot 594.

The LAKEVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, acting in accordance with MASS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 40B, as amended, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. in the LAKEVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY, 4 PRECINCT STREET, upon the petition of The Residences at LeBaron Hills, LLC, to modify their Comprehensive Permit granted on June 17, 2004, and filed with the Town Clerk on June 18, 2004. The original Permit was to build 386 units of age-restricted housing, consisting of duplexes and multi-family apartment buildings located on multiple parcels of land between Rhode Island Road and Precinct Street now known as LeBaron Estates. The proposal is to add additional parcels on land on Fern Avenue to the Comprehensive Permit; to change the existing emergency only access from Fern Ave. to full access to the development; to allow the construction of Phase 6 which will consist of three (3) thirty-six (36) unit, four (4) story buildings with elevators; and to increase the total number of units from 386 to 419.
