MIDDLEBORO — True Grit Art Gallery will be hosting an opening reception for a new art exhibit featuring the work of Katina Spileos Hayward on Saturday, October 7, from 6-8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Complementary adult beverages will be served, and participants will be able to ask Hayward questions about her art.

The new exhibition is titled “Portals: The Edge of Time.” Hayward said that the artwork in this exhibition was “a personal documentation of process and understanding of the transport of the soul from the physical into the spiritual world.” The exhibition will be displayed at True Grit Art Gallery from October 7 until October 30. True Grit Art Gallery is located at 38 Center St in Middleboro, MA.
