Author and journalist Ted Reinstein will return to the Middleboro Public Library on Wednesday, May 7, at 6:30 p.m. to present his latest book, “Travels Through the Heart and Soul of New England.”

A familiar face to many in Middleboro, Reinstein has reported across New England for 25 years, gathering the region’s most colorful, inspiring, and offbeat stories. In his new book, he weaves together a narrative built on the voices of everyday New Englanders — from a surfer on New Hampshire’s coast to a Rhode Island cartoonist.

Through these stories, Reinstein explores what it truly means to be a New Englander, offering a deeper understanding of the region's character, resilience and humor.
