Robert Clayton Kendall, 98, of Plymouth and Lakeville, MA died peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday March 20th. He was the proud and dedicated husband of the late Elizabeth Kendall.

Robert was the son of the late Ralph R. and Florence E. Kendall. He grew up in Worcester, MA, and joined the US Army at age 18 and was deployed overseas to fight in World War II.

After the war, Robert earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from UMASS Amherst. After college, Robert owned and operated Plymouth Men’s Shop. He later went on to work for the US Post office until his retirement. He is survived by a son Eric and his wife Angela of Lakeville, MA, and the proud Grandpa to four grandchildren.
