LAKEVILLE — One person was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford after a two-vehicle accident at 11:47 a.m. Wednesday May 8 in the area of 201 Bedford St., the Lakeville Fire Department reported.

The patient’s injuries are not believed to be serious, the department reported.

Two other individuals were treated at the scene.

The road was closed until crews could stabilize the scene and recover the vehicles.
