LAKEVILLE — The Lakeville Treasurer’s Office would like to notify taxpayers that there is a “Request for Taxes Paid Form” on the town website.

The form is also available to pick up at the Treasurer’s Office.

It is used to request any taxes paid from the previous year.

Simply fill out the form and include all required information and either email, mail or drop off at the town hall.

The form is typically ready within one to two business days.
