MIDDLEBORO — The Middleboro Council on Aging will host a Community Resource Fair to help seniors in the community live safely at home. 

The fair will be held Thursday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Council on Aging, 558 Plymouth St., Middleboro. At the fair will be a public nurse and the town’s veteran’s agent. There will also be vendors and representatives from: Middleboro Police & Fire departments, Old Colony Elder Services, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Mass 911, Adaptive Equipment and the Sherriff’s Office. Organizations that aim to assist older residents with services like home repair, housing assistance and healthcare such as the Bliss Foundation, Turning Point, Alert Sentry and Habitat for Humanity, among others, will also be at the fair.
