MIDDLEBORO —Sharing food has long been a tradition that brings communities together. Central United Methodist Church will create an opportunity to break bread at its soup supper on April 22 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.. at the church, 14 School St.

Diners may choose a variety of soups, breads, and desserts for $9 for adults, $5 for children 4-12 years free for those younger than 4.

After supper, guests may also opt to take home a container of soup for $5.
