LAKEVILLE — Lakeville Fire had a mooo-ving encounter with a steer when responding to a lawn mower on fire.

The homeowner was able to keep the fire, which happened earlier this week, small until Engine 2 arrived to extinguish the small blaze.

But they didn’t fight the fire alone.

Henry, a steer owned by the family, kept a close eye on operations, Lakeville Fire reported. 

Henry is reportedly a familiar friend to many in the neighborhood where the incident occurred.

He made sure to thank the responders up close and personal, putting everyone in a good moooood.
