Lions to host life-saving classes

LAKEVILLE — The Lakeville Lions Club offers monthly cardiopulmonary resuscitation and  automated external defibrillator courses at their clubhouse at 170 Main St., Lakeville.

Courses include Basic Life Support (BLS) for professionals (nurses, first responders) and Heart Saver for the general public. Upon successful course completion, attendees receive an American Heart Association CPR/AED card valid for two years. 

The next course is Basic Life Support at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 10. The course fee is $35.

Registration is required for all courses. Visit lakevillemalions.org for more information, including registration link and 2025 course dates. Attendees are reminded to bring exact change or a check made payable to "CPR FD" to the first class.
