INVITATION FOR BIDS
TOWN OF LAKEVILLE
GRADING OF PARKING AREA
WITH DRAINAGE AND GRADING OF GRAVEL SECTION OF ACCESS ROADWAY WITH
LAYER OF ASPHALT MILLINGS
The Town of Lakeville is seeking bids for the grading of a parking area with drainage and grading of gravel section of access roadway with a layer of asphalt millings for the multi-use athletic fields, accessible from Bedford Street, which are part of the Ted Williams Camp. Bids will be accepted at the Select Board’s Office at the Town Office Building located at 346 Bedford Street, Lakeville, MA 02347 until 3:00 PM on Monday, October 2, 2023.
Bid specifications may be obtained by email from contact person, Tracie Craig-McGee at the Select Board’s Office at tcraig-mcgee@lakevillema.org beginning on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
The Town reserves the rights to reject any and all proposals, wholly or in part, waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
TOWN OF MIDDLEBOROUGH
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for the construction of a single-family home with amenities which include a garage, paved driveway, and septic system. A portion of the paved driveway, garage, and associated grading are within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland at 310 Plymouth Street, Map 30, Lot 1555. Hearing has been requested by Sarah Williams. Hearing will be held September 21, 2023 at 7:25 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.
