Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131 Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on November 26, 2024 at 7pm at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, on a Notice of Intent. The Applicant, the Town of Lakeville, is proposing improvements to Route 79 from Galfre Road to Clear Pond Road including sidewalk construction, roadway widening, stormwater management improvements, traffic signalization upgrades, retaining wall construction, and a culvert improvements. The Project will occur within the public right-of-way associated with Route 79 and on acquired temporary/permanent easements.

The LAKEVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, acting in accordance with MASS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 40A, as amended, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. in the LAKEVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY, 4 PRECINCT STREET, upon the petition of Buds Goods & Services MA Corp. The applicant has requested to amend their Special Permit #24-04 approved on April 25, 2024, and filed with the Town Clerk on May 17, 2024, under Section 270-7.4(4) to expand its existing use to allow for 24-hour operations and increase the number of employees from 25 to 35, with a maximum of no more than 15 employees per shift.
