The Middleborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 7:00 P.M., in the Select Boards Room, Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA to hear the petition of Robert Long, President of Long Built Homes, 158 McCombs Blvd, New Bedford, MA 02745 relative to his request to be granted a special permit pursuant to Section 7.3 of the Middleborough Zoning By-law to allow for a family accessory apartment to be included within and as part of the single family dwelling to be constructed, for the parents of the perspective owners. The subject property is located at 136 Thomas Street, Middleborough Assessor’s Map 061, lot 4182. Anyone desiring to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.

LAKEVILLE, MASSACHUSETTS

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on March 14th at 7pm at the Lakeville Police Station on a Notice of Intent. The applicant, TAC Vega MA Owner LLC, is proposing to expand two existing parking areas to provide adequate on-site parking within Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and their respective Buffer Zones. The project is located at 310 Kenneth Welch Drive and is also identified as Assessor’s Map 61, Block 2, Parcel 3.
