NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on March 26, 2024, at 7pm at the Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, for a filing of a Notice of Intent. The applicant, Maroney Building & Contracting Inc., is proposing an extension of Pinecrest Drive which includes a cul-de-sac and infiltration basin to access two proposed single-family homes with amenities that include a garage, driveway, septic system and private well located off Hickory and Pinecrest Drive in Lakeville MA. A portion of the infiltration basin, the house, garage, driveway and private well for lot #1 and some grading associated with the driveway on Lot #2 are located within the 100’ buffer of bordering vegetated wetlands (BVW) on site. The project is located at 3 Hickory Lane and is also identified as Assessor’s Map 43, Block 7, Plot 1.

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on March 26 at 7pm at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, on a Request for Determination of Applicability. The applicant, Gary Jaspersohn, is proposing the Registration and Licensing of a private, non-commercial, aluminum dock for docking and boating access to the navigable waters of Long Pond.
The project is located at 3 Mona St. and is also identified as Assessor’s Map 39, Block 1, Plot 2.
