Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District
Request for Proposal
The Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District (“SRPEDD”), pursuant to M.G.L. c. 7 § 22B and M.G.L. 30B, is reissuing an RFP, seeking proposals from a Consultant to conduct an assessment and evaluation of the Snake River Culvert in Lakeville, MA.
The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained from SRPEDD by contacting Lauren Carpenter by email at lcarpenter@srpedd.org on or after May 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., EST, until June 13, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., EST and requesting RFP no. ENV #2023-02 SRPEDD SNAKE RIVER CULVERT REPLACEMENT ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION. Proposals are due at 2:00 p.m., EST, Thursday June 15, 2023 at SRPEDD, 88 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780.
Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. Proposals that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The term of any contract resulting from this RFP shall not exceed May 31, 2024. SRPEDD reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals. No bid bond is required.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Notice of Intent submitted by Allyson Lynch, for the construction of a septic system with a new 1500 gallon septic tank and 220’ of presby pipe in a field configuration within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland. Also included is the removal / decommission of the existing septic system onsite. The location of the project is 3 Apple House Road, Lakeville (Map 33 Block 6 Lot 3). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Council on Aging, 1 Dear Crossing, Lakeville.

According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on an Amended Notice of Intent submitted by CSS I, LLC, for the installation of a new 2500 gallon H-20 monolithic tight tank in the same location as the original tank location and to eliminate the new septic leaching field as previously approved within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland. The location of the project is 308 Kenneth Welch Drive, Lakeville (Map 61 Block 2 Lot 3A). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Council on Aging, 1 Dear Crossing, Lakeville.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on June 13th, 2023 at 7pm at the Lakeville Council of Aging, 1 Dear Crossing, Lakeville, for a Notice of Intent filing. The applicant, Sepersky Family Investment Trust, is proposing the construction of a small addition with an attached garage to the existing dwelling. Upgrading the septic system with the septic tank, pump tank, and associated grading and site work within the buffer zone of an existing wetland resource area. The project is located at 311 Pond Ln and also identified as AssessorsMap 047 Block 003 Lot 003
