The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. CH. 131, s.40, The Wetlands Protection Act, to review an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation to confirm 4,091 L.F. of bordering vegetated wetlands and 1,004 L.F. of Bank of Taunton River, at 202 Summer Street, Map 12, Lot 335. The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, to repair the existing ADA trail and extend the trail 260’ with an ADA compliant boardwalk that involves crossing 1,220 s.f. of bordering vegetated wetlands. The boardwalk will be constructed using helical posts. 2,440 s.f. of wetland will be replicated onsite. Culvert replacement work with impacts to the inner and outer riparian zones at 67 East Main Street, Map 51, Lot 3635. Hearing has been requested by Diane C. Stewart, Chair of the Town of Middleborough Commission on Disability. Hearing will be held February 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.

Pursuant to MGL Ch. 40A, Sec. 9 and Chapter 275 Sec. 9.4 of the Town of Middleborough Zoning Bylaw the Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 6:50 P.M. in the Select Board Meeting Room at the Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, relative to a Special Permit Application. The applicant, VMD MB Industrial, LLC, 773 Turnpike Street #3, Andover, MA 01835 has submitted a plan set entitled “Site Development Plans for Campus 44 (Lot 1) 100 & 150 Timber Drive, Middleborough, MA”. prepared by Kelly Engineering Group, Inc., 0 Campanelli Drive, Braintree, MA 02184 and dated December 6, 2024. The plans propose the construction of two (2) industrial buildings on a 23.23 +/- acre lot located at Lot 1–100 & 150 Timber Drive in the Campus 44 Commercial Subdivision in the Commercial Development zoning district, Middleborough, Massachusetts.
Full Plans are available at the Planning Department for public review. Anyone desiring to be heard on this subject should appear at the time and place designated.

According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Notice of Intent submitted by Mark & Sandra Bruce, for the installation of a new tight tank and decommission of existing cesspool within an inland resource area and a 100-foot buffer zone. The location of the project is 35 Shore., Lakeville (Map 041 Block 009 Lot 012). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2024, at 6:30p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.
