The LAKEVILLE COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE (CPC) pursuant to the Lakeville General Bylaws, Community Preservation Committee, Section 2, will conduct a public informational hearing on Monday, January 30, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. at the LAKEVILLE POLICE STATION, 323 BEDFORD STREET, regarding the draft Lakeville CPC Plan. The purpose of the hearing will be to provide information and receive public comment on the draft Lakeville CPC Plan.
The Plan can be viewed in the Planning Department by appointment, or on the Town of Lakeville Community Preservation Committee’s web page.

According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability by Drake Iarrobino, to upgrade an existing failed septic system within 200’ of a tributary to a surface water supply. The location of the project is 334 Bedford St., Lakeville (Map 57 Block 1 Lot 10). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.

The Middleborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at 7:00 P.M., in the Selectmen’s Room, Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA to hear the petition of Robert J. Mather, Esq for Equity Industrial Partners Corp., 20 Pickering Street, Needham, MA relative to his request to be granted a special permit pursuant to Section 4.5.3 of the Zoning By-law to allow for the construction and use of a 192,500 sq. ft. warehouse on a parcel of land containing 18.940 acres of land. The subject property is located on Cowan Drive, Middleborough Assessor’s Map 109, lots 1686 & 2437 and Map 110, lot 1055, in the General Use District. Anyone desiring to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
