The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for an Amended Order of Conditions to include an additional section of the Nemasket River to restore with an Eco Harvester from Old Bridge Street to the MBTA Bridge (approx. 2,000 L.F) and will include a section from Vaughn Street to Old Bridge Street. Hearing has been requested by Ron Burgess, Middleboro Lakeville Herring Fishery Commission. Hearing will be held March 7, 2024 at 7:20 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.
