The Town of Middleborough is seeking the services of an experienced commercial realtor to assist in the disposition and/or leasing of several Town-owned buildings. The scope of services include assisting in refining and distributing RFP documents and aiding with the marketing of RFP materials. Service agreements will be on an hourly basis and shall not exceed a total sum of $10,000. CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, to construct 10 duplexes and one single unit condominium with amenities, within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland, and a small portion of the grading associated with two of the duplexes encroaches into the 200’ outer riparian zone of the Taunton River, at 16 Vernon Street, Map 37, Lot 3069. Hearing has been requested by David Lamoureux. Hearing will be held March 2, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.

Notice of Public Hearing

In accordance with Chapter 71 Section 38N of the General Laws, the Middleborough Public School District Committee will hold a public hearing on its proposed Fiscal Year 2024 Budget on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 7:15 PM at the Middleborough High School Auditorium, 71 East Grove St., Middleborough, MA. This meeting will also be live streamed on YouTube. A link will be put on the District Homepage. If this Public Hearing is cancelled due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances, the rescheduled meeting will be held on March 9, 2023 at the same place and time.
