NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on January 9, 2023 at 7pm at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, on a Notice of Intent. The applicant, William E. Melendez, is proposing the repair of the subsurface sewage disposal system.
The project is located at 8 Oak Street, Lakeville, MA 02347 and is also identified as Assessor’s Map 41, Block 7 Plot 7.

Roof Replacement – Old Town Hall

Sealed bids are requested by the Town of Lakeville for the replacement of the roof on the Old Town Hall located 2 Precinct Street, Lakeville MA.

Specifications and bid forms are available by request by emailing Tracie Craig-McGee at
tcraig-mcgee@lakevillema.org after December 21, 2023 at 9:00 AM.

Bids are to be submitted by 3:00 PM on January 9, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Electronic bids will not be accepted and postmarks will not be considered. All bids must be sealed and made upon forms furnished by the Select Board’s Office. Bids submitted on any other form will not be accepted as valid bids. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Old Town Hall Roof Replacement.”

has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate to serve without surety on the bond.

The estate is being administered under informal procedure by the Personal Representative under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code without supervision by the Court. Inventory and accounts are not required to be filed with the Court, but interested parties are entitled to notice regarding the administration from the Personal Representative and can petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of administration. Interested parties are entitled to petition the Court to institute formal proceedings and to obtain orders terminating or restricting the powers of Personal Representatives appointed under informal procedure.
