HVAC and Weatherization Improvements
The Town of Lakeville, Massachusetts is inviting the submission of sealed Bids for HVAC and Weatherization Improvements. Work includes furnishing labor and materials necessary for the installation of heat pumps, thermostat replacements, insulation repair, weather stripping, and all work incidental thereto. Bid packages may be obtained beginning at 8:00 AM on August 20, 2025 in the Town Administrator’s Office, located at 346 Bedford Street, Lakeville, MA 02347, or via email request to esurette@lakevillema.org. Bids must be received in the Town Administrator’s Office by 2:00 PM on September 4, 2025, at which time and place they will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bidders must comply with the wage rates and weekly payroll submittals required by the Prevailing Wage Law. LEASE OF THE PETER OLIVER, JR. HOUSE
The Town of Middleborough, acting through its Select Board, seeks proposals for the long-term lease of the Town-owned land and the historic building thereon, known as the Peter Oliver Jr. House (the “Oliver House”), located at 445 Plymouth Street, Middleborough, MA and shown on Assessor’s Map 41 as Parcel 2867. Proposal packages may be obtained at the Town Manager’s Office from 8AM-6PM on Mondays, 8AM-5PM Tuesday-Thursday, and 8AM-12PM on Fridays, or by emailing JMulcahy@middleboroughma.gov. Proposals must be received in the Town Manager’s Office by October 1, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Award will be based on comparative evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP. The Town of Middleborough, Massachusetts is inviting the submission of sealed Bids for the construction of a Skatepark at 48 Wareham Street. Bid packages may be obtained beginning at 8:00 AM on August 14, 2025 in the Town Manager’s Office, located at 10 Nickerson Ave, Middleborough, or via email request to JMulcahy@middleboroughma.gov. Bids must bereceived in the Town Manager’s Office by 2:00 PM on September 18, 2025, at which time and place they will be opened publicly and read aloud. An optional pre-bid site visit will occur at 10:00 AM on August 27, 2025 at 48 Wareham Street, Middleborough. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the construction of and approximately 7,500 SF skatepark and all work incidental thereto.
