Barden Hill Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation

The Town of Middleboro, MA, Department of Public Works, invites sealed bids for “Town of Middleboro Barden Hill Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation.”, in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by BETA GROUP, INC., 701 George Washington Highway, Lincoln, RI, 02865. Bids will be received at the Middleboro DPW, 65 Sachem Street, MA 02346 until 1:00PM local time on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at which time and place, said Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Site visits can be scheduled on weekdays between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Contact Mike Bumpus at 508-946-2482 to schedule an appointment. The work in this Contract includes blast cleaning and coating of both the interior and exterior of the 5-million-gallon water storage tank, ancillary improvements, and tree clearing. The Contractor shall begin work within 30 calendar days of receipt of a Notice to Proceed. This contract shall be completed within 210 days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Contract Documents may be obtained electronically on or after August 16th by emailing requests for bid documents to Tank-2023-Bids@BETA-inc.com . There will be no fee for Contract Documents. Bidders requesting Contract Documents shall provide a contact person with all relevant contact information.
