Lakeville Lions to offer CPR classes
LAKEVILLE — The Lakeville Lions Club will again host monthly CPR courses at the club house, 170 Main St., Lakeville, starting in September.
Instructors are retired Lakeville Fire Chief Dan Hopkins and retired Middleboro Fire Chief Bob Silva with Lakeville Lion Joe Jacques serving as the class facilitator.
Two courses are offered every other month and include Basic Life Support for professionals (such as nurses, EMTs, police) and the Heart Saver for the general public.
Participants will receive an American Heart Association CPR/AED card valid for two years upon successful course completion.
