LAKEVILLE — The Lakeville Garden Club has begun its 36th year and will hold its second meeting of 2023 on Tuesday, April 25, at 7 p.m. at the Lakeville Council on Aging, 1 Dear Crossing. 

The business meeting will be held from 7 to 7:30 p.m. 

The program for the evening will follow and will feature a program titled “Design a Sunny Perennial Border” with Jana Milbocker of Enchanted Gardens Design. 

She will speak on new and reliable perennials, plant layering, and companion planting for a garden area in the yard. 

The program is free, accessible, and open to the public. Refreshment hostesses for the evening are Mary Beth Medeiros, Johnna Rowley, and Michelle Medeiros. 

The Lakeville Garden Club is a member of the National Garden Clubs, Inc., the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts, Inc., the National Arbor Day Foundation, and membership is not limited to Lakeville residents.
