Halloween costume shop scheduled at Middleboro Library

Sep 6, 2023

MIDDLEBORO — Halloween is getting scarily close.

Plans are underway for a costume swap, when families can donate clean, gently worn costumes that others can then use.

Donate any clean, gently used costumes and accessories before Monday, Oct. 2 and get a ticket to shop the Oct. 14 swap early.

No donation is necessary to come and shop the swap. Music, games and other festive activities are planned during the event.

A preview party for those who have donated items will take place from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14. Tickets must be presented.

The public hours for the swap are 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Middleboro Public Library. For more information call or email Amanda Meyer at 508-946-2470 or ameyer@sailsinc.org.
