MIDDLEBORO — Registrations are now open for the Gateway Babe Ruth program, 

 

Players from Marion, Mattapoisett, Middleboro, Rochester and Wareham are all eligible for the league. Players from the ages of 12 to 16 can register. 

 

The season begins early June, avoiding school ball, and ends in mid-July. Practices start in April. 

 

Gateway Babe Ruth is one of the largest leagues in Eastern Massachusetts, with over 25 teams competing.
