LAKEVILLE — The Lakeville Council on Aging hosts weekly gatherings for people to join in on the fun with playing Mexican Train Dominoes.

The Council on Aging, located at 1 Dear Crossing, has a weekly group that gathers to play the classic domino game. The group meets at 10 a.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. The next event will be held on Aug. 5.

All are welcome to attend. Group organizer Mitch Plonka started the group, and teaches new players the ins-and-outs of the game.

Mexican Train Dominoes is a domino game where players try to run-out of all of their dominoes by building “trains” on the table. The double sided dominoes are placed by like-tiles until the player who runs out of pieces first, wins.
