Four students from Lakeville and Middleboro were among the 29 eighth graders who recently graduated from Friends Academy in Dartmouth during the annual Class Day ceremony. 

Students in the Class of 2023, hailing from 15 towns and cities, will go on to attend 13 different public, private and parochial high schools across three states this fall.

Founded in 1810, Friends Academy is a co-educational independent day school in North Dartmouth, serving students in early childhood through Grade 8. 

The local students are: Benjamin Bradley of Lakeville, who will attend Apponequet High School; Dylan Chagnon of Lakeville, who will attend Bishop Stang High School; Ian McCarthy of Lakeville, who will attend Providence Country Day School; and Sara Wsol of Middleborough, who will attend Middleborough High School.
