MIDDLEBORO — If you can lift 40 pounds and want to give back to your community, the Sacred Heart Food Pantry wants to hear from you.

The Food Pantry is looking for new volunteers to help keep the shelves of the pantry stocked and ready for clients. In particular, the pantry is looking for adults with drivers licenses who can lift 40 pounds and are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday mornings. The work will involve transporting goods to the food pantry and stocking the goods on the pantry’s shelves.

Those interested in volunteering should visit the food pantry at 53 Oak St. in Middleboro and ask to speak to Patrick.
