MIDDLEBORO — The town of Middleboro will hold its second annual Veterans and Family Appreciation Day on Saturday, June 14, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Battis Field on Jackson Street.

The event will include a free cookout, games, and activities for local veterans and their families. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet Millie, the Middleboro Police Department’s new comfort dog, and view fire engines from the Middleboro Fire Department.
