Dancing like a cool banana, tidying up and more to do this week
Do you want to dance like a cool banana? Or would you rather tidy up the town. No matter your answer there’s plenty of things to do this week.
Head out to Soule Homestead Education Center on Saturday, June 21 for plenty of singing, dancing, and laughing at the Cool Banana Wig Kids’ Concert. The concert is scheduled from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at 46 Soule Street in Middleboro.
Kids will be able to jam with the band using non-traditional instruments. Gates open at 2:45 p.m., bubble fun starts at 3 p.m., and the music starts at 3:30 p.m. Music will last about an hour.
For those with an enterprising spirit, join the Middleboro Mess Movers II at the Hannaford Parking Lot at 8 Merchant’s Way to clean up the town from 8:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, June, 21.
Craving some artistic expression? Brush up some painting skills at Exploring Art with Melissa at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 20, at the Middleboro Council on Aging on 558 Plymouth St.
